Colm has worked in HR for over 30 years in seven blue-chip multinationals. During that time, he recruited, rewarded, talked Talent, created high performing teams, coached, developed and solved problems across Europe, the US and Asia. Colm believes that Human Resources must play a major role in helping to define the Business Strategy and in designing the Governance and Policies/Procedures necessary to execute the Plan. Who is accountable for what, what resources do they need and how and when is progress and performance reviewed? Colm is also a Fellow of the Irish Institute Of Training and Development. Colm also attended Executive programmes in IMD Lausanne and Stanford University California.
