Colm Condon

Colm has worked in HR for over 30 years in seven blue-chip multinationals. During that time, he recruited, rewarded, talked Talent, created high performing teams, coached, developed and solved problems across Europe, the US and Asia. Colm believes that Human Resources must play a major role in helping to define the Business Strategy and in designing the Governance and Policies/Procedures necessary to execute the Plan. Who is accountable for what, what resources do they need and how and when is progress and performance reviewed? How do we want to be perceived by all our stakeholders, what are our values and culture?

With 30 years’ experience in HR, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Contact Centres, Sales, Marketing, IT, Customer Service and Software Development Colm feels he have the necessary commercial context. Over the years Colm has Recruited, Rewarded, Talked Talent, Created high performing teams, Coached, Developed and Solved Problems across Europe, the US and Asia. In 2017 Colm set up his own Management Consultancy and now spends his time supporting several clients with practical and hands-on solutions to both HR and overall Business Strategy challenges.

He is a Graduate Member Of Dave Ulrich’s RBL Institute and is a Graduate Associate of the RBL Group’s Human Resource Learning Partnership. Colm is also a Fellow of the Irish Institute Of Training and Development. Colm also attended Executive programmes in IMD Lausanne and Stanford University California.
